Classes in Reiki

Reiki is an ancient healing art rediscovered in Japan in the 1800's by Dr.Mikao Usui. Reiki is a Japanese word for the concept of "universal energy". The healing energy is channeled through the body and through the hands of the therapist into the body of the person receiving it. A Reiki treatment can relieve pain, restores balance and harmony to the body, bringing a sense of wholeness and well being.

Reiki Level I

* First Degree Reiki is the beginning level of the Reiki System and this class consists of four activating energy attunements.

First Activating Attunement - this gently opens the energy matrices at the crown or top chakra and then moves along the spine gently aligning and balancing the major energy charkas. An increasing amount of light energy is directed to the area of the solar plexis and the center of the palms of the hands.

Second and Third Activating Attunements - these increase the flow of the light energy while gently widening the energy core and activating the primary right and left energy paths known as the “Ida” and "Pingala" in India.

Fourth Activating Attunement - this seals the energy flow from the higher self and aligns the major energy centers to receive and utilize trans - dimensional energies. The system is established in tact and opened to a higher level of universal resonance that con be increased through conscientious use and application.

Reiki Level II

Class contents:

The Second  Level Reiki Class will provide you with the opportunity to attune to higher levels of the Reiki Energy and consists of:

  • First Reiki Symbol
  • Second Reiki Symbol
  • Third Reiki Symbol/Absentee Healing
  • A special technique for dealing with deep - seated emotional and mental problems which can be used when doing the physical treatment or along with the absentee-healing technique.
  • A technique for furthering personal development in achieving desired levels of wholeness.
  • A special activating energy transmission

The purpose of  Level II is to give the individual a specific technique to use and to direct energy on dimensions other than the physical plane. It is analogous to learning to send light-energy to a specific receiver in much the same way that radio or television signals are transmitted.

Reiki Level III or Master Level

Class content:

At this level of Reiki the person is ready to learn the intricate process of doing the activating energy transmissions. The particular process of doing these energy activations has been preserved in a formula for tapping  a higher order of light-energy.

Master Teacher Level or Level IV 

The focus of this class is on Teaching Reiki.

This level of Reiki includes another activating transmission especially for the Master Teacher. Another symbol is provided and teaching on how to place the symbol in the field of others, thereby initiating new teachers.
