"Catherine has made a huge difference in my life. I was hesitant, as an overweight woman, to have a massage. I had the usual body hang ups. However, Catherine made it so easy and I never felt humiliated or shamed. I found that as I got in touch with my body, I became in touch with how it felt at that large size and it led me to lose 100 lbs. I move easier, walk better and have fewer aches and pains. I no longer take Advil everyday! I continue to see Catherine for a variety of reasons including issues with depression and low energy and the ability to move illness out of my body more quickly with her theraputic massage."
